VP of Marketing

We are hiring our first senior marketing leader to own and elevate the entire marketing motion at Bikky. Reporting to our CEO, you will inherit a capable, scrappy team with a strong demand gen and field marketing foundation, and take us to the next chapter: building the product marketing and brand motions that don't yet exist. You'll own the outcomes that matter most: scaling our demand gen engine, building an exceptional brand and thought leadership presence, and translating a genuinely differentiated product into terms restaurant operators trust. In short, you'll take us from a scrappy Series B marketing org into a true B2B enterprise marketing function at the top of the industry and top of the marketing class. This role offers the chance to work with veteran operators, partner with some of the best-known brands in the restaurant industry, and grow a business with real customers, real value, and a strong economic foundation.

Other Responsibilities Include:

• Own marketing end to end. Full accountability for the function, its strategy, process, team, and outcomes, with autonomy to manage the budget.
• Build the product marketing motion from the ground up. Bring a sophisticated product into marketing in a way our audience genuinely understands, running the trial and error, A/B testing, and iteration a new motion requires.
• Build our brand and thought leadership motion and infrastructure. Establish an exceptional brand presence and a point of view that changes how the market sees us.
• Evolve our core playbook (conferences, partnerships, content, word of mouth) to meet our increasingly ambitious sales goals.
• Lead and grow the team. Manage and develop a team of first class B2B marketers.
• Partner cross-functionally with the founders to define the marketing vision and build the team that carries Bikky into its next stage of growth.

About You:

• Track record leading marketing in high-performing B2B SaaS organizations.
• Genuine product marketing depth. You understand a sophisticated product deeply and can translate it into messaging a non-technical audience acts on.
• Proven brand and thought leadership builder. You've built brand presence and marketing infrastructure, not just run an existing playbook.
• Proven experience being hands-on within a high growth environment, overseeing a productive and happy team.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong strategic thinking and intellectual rigor.
• Demonstrated ability to build net new motions through experimentation and iteration.
