Key Responsibilities\n

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will have significant responsibilities, including but not limited to:

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to create individualized treatment plans and discharge plans rooted in thorough psychosocial assessments.

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify patient needs, implementing appropriate interventions for individuals in crisis, and maintaining clear and accurate clinical documentation, including progress notes and case records.

• Providing crisis intervention and counseling for clients dealing with emotional and behavioral issues, effectively utilizing therapeutic techniques tailored to each individual's situation.

• Engaging with families and support systems to ensure a cohesive approach toward treatment and discharge planning, fostering a supportive environment that enhances client recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position focuses on supporting clients experiencing challenges related to substance use and behavioral health issues within a Detox Center. The LCSW will work closely with individuals navigating various stages of recovery, including those in acute distress requiring immediate psychosocial support. Qualifications\n

To thrive in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:
