Senior Manager - HIV Community Marketing

Gilead Sciences seeks a Senior Manager to lead HIV community marketing strategy and develop field-ready promotional materials for Community Liaison teams. The role involves translating brand strategy into practical content, managing cross-functional initiatives, and ensuring regulatory compliance across the HIV treatment and prevention portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Allied Healthcare Professionals promotional brand strategy aligned with HIV portfolio prioritization
• Build and sustain Plan of Action for Community Liaison field teams across four HIV treatment/prevention products
• Manage partnerships with external agencies, internal stakeholders, and field teams; measure initiative success
• Create personal and non-personal promotional tactics and unbranded disease education materials for congresses and events
• Establish KPIs, track performance metrics, and manage non-personal promotions marketing budget and timelines

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field; 8+ years relevant experience or Master's degree with 6+ years
• Demonstrated excellence in project management and managing multiple priorities simultaneously
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical regulatory requirements and marketing compliance
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and coordinating with external agencies
• Proficiency in complex analytical tools and data-driven decision making
• Budget management and strategic planning capabilities
• Marketing research or pharmaceutical sales background preferred

Compensation: $169,320–$219,120 base
