Located in the heart of Clayton, MO, we are a cozy cafe with a passion for high-quality ingredients and exceptional service. We are currently looking for a talented Pastry Chef to join our team and bring their creativity and expertise to our kitchen.

Responsibilities

As our Pastry Chef, you’ll be the creative force behind our baked goods and desserts, crafting delicious pastries that keep our customers coming back for more. Your day-to-day will involve preparing a variety of pastries, desserts, and baked items from scratch, ensuring consistent quality and presentation. You’ll also manage inventory for baking supplies, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and collaborate with the team to develop new menu ideas that align with our cafe’s vision.

This is a hands-on role where your passion for baking and attention to detail will shine, making each treat as delightful as the last.

Qualifications

We’re looking for someone with at least 1 year of experience in a pastry or baking role. The ideal candidate will have:

Strong knowledge of baking techniques and pastry preparation.
A creative flair for developing unique and appealing desserts.
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.

Salary

Compensation will be discussed during the interview process and will be based on experience and skills.
