Senior Social Media Community Partner Responsibilities: Manage and monitor social media channels daily, engaging with comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and brand-consistent manner. Provide high-quality social media care by addressing inquiries, escalating issues when necessary, and collaborating with internal teams. Develop engaging content for social platforms, including static posts and short-form videos, aligning with brand voice and platform standards. Produce and edit short-form multimedia content optimized for social media formats such as Reels, Shorts, and TikTok. Coordinate multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously, adjusting to evolving business needs and real-time social dynamics. Senior Social Media Community Partner Qualifications: Proven experience managing social media platforms for a brand or organization. Hands‑on experience in social community management and social care. Strong content creation skills, including writing, visual storytelling, and basic editing. Skilled in developing short‑form video content for social media.
