Mobile Operations Manager

Job Description A client of Insight Global is transforming the locksmith industry with cutting edge robotics and mobile service technology. We’re looking for a Mobile Operations Manager to run a fully equipped mobile key cutting and programming van. Responsibilities Operate a mobile workshop van and travel to partner retail locations alongside 1-2 other technicians. Provide car key duplication & programming (standard, chip, fob, remote) Deliver exceptional customer service and solve real‑world problems quickly Use a tablet/POS system to manage sales, inventory, and daily performance Maintain a clean, organized mobile workspace and be professional Supervise 1-2 technicians and provide training and development as needed.
