Family Law Attorney

Position Title: Family Law Attorney Salary Range: $85,000 - $130,000 / Year DOE Responsibilities Handle a diverse caseload in family law Assist in discovery, depositions, and trial preparations Engage in client interactions and maintain strong client relationships Submit daily time sheets for billing purposes Collaborate with senior attorneys on cases when necessary Requirements Barred in California Ability to meet billable hour requirements (1,300/year) 2-5 years of family law experience is preferred Experience in civil litigation with discovery, motion, and courtroom experience is preferred Family law paralegal experience with a substantial work history is preferred Knowledge of disclosures, motions, and trial preparation is preferred Flexibility in work hours and willingness to work occasionally beyond standard hours are preferred Benefits 401(k) plan with employer matching Medical, dental, and vision insurance Unlimited vacation with proper coordination Paid sick leave of 40 hours per year 7-8 paid holidays annually Coverage for bar dues and continuing legal education #J-18808-Ljbffr Boutique Recruiting
