Member Services & Sales Specialist (Kids Fitness) – Part-Time Love working with kids? Enjoy talking with people? Looking for more than just a front desk job?

KidStrong Wilmington is looking for an energetic, outgoing, and quick-learning Member Services & Sales Specialist to join our growing team. Position available immediately for the right candidate.

This is not your typical receptionist position. You'll be the face of our fast-paced center—building relationships with families, supporting our coaches, helping children celebrate milestones, and introducing new families to the KidStrong program. If you're passionate about working with kids, enjoy helping people, and love being part of a high-energy team, we'd love to meet you.

Previous experience in boutique fitness or a membership-based business is highly valued.

What You'll Do

Create an Exceptional Family Experience

• Welcome every family with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Build strong relationships with members and their families.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and create a welcoming environment.
• Support our coaches and leadership team throughout the day.

Help Grow the Center

• Follow up with prospective families through phone calls and text messages.
• Schedule trial classes and answer questions about our program.
• Help families choose the membership that's right for them.
• Become a Trial Champion by creating an amazing trial experience and confidently enrolling new members.
• Support member retention by building relationships and providing excellent service.

Keep the Center Running Smoothly

• Assist with administrative tasks and member requests.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming center.
• Support daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning responsibilities.
• Assist with center events, promotions, and special projects.
• Jump in wherever needed to support the team.

Schedule

Typical schedule includes 2–3 weekdays and 1 weekend shift .

Weekday shifts may include:

• 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• 3:30 PM – 8:00 PM

Weekend shifts are typically:

• 8:30 AM – 2:30 PM

Schedules are based on business needs and may include supporting the leadership team during days off.

Qualifications

• Passion for working with children is non-negotiable .
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable talking with parents and confidently asking for the sale.
• Strong customer service mindset.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable learning new technology and systems quickly.
• CPR certification preferred (or willingness to obtain within 90 days).

Preferred:

• Customer service or hospitality experience
• Sales experience
• Boutique fitness experience
• Experience using CRM platforms such as GloFox, HubSpot, Podium, Slack, or Google Workspace

Compensation: Starting at $15.00/hour + membership sales commissions + bonus opportunities
