Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individual and group psychotherapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of each client, implementing evidence-based practices.

• Conduct thorough diagnostic evaluations to understand each client's mental health status.

• Engage in crisis intervention techniques, providing immediate support to clients experiencing acute distress.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including treatment plans, progress notes, and service reports, in accordance with company policies and compliance standards.

• Participate actively in clinical team meetings and in-service training to stay current with best practices and enhance program development initiatives.

• Consult with other healthcare professionals regarding client care and mental status, ensuring coordinated and comprehensive treatment solutions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is mandatory.

• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in delivering mental health services, particularly in crisis management and therapeutic interventions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance.
