JOB SUMMARY

Provides high-level operational and coordination support for Talent Acquisition activities, ensuring an efficient, organized, and positive candidate experience from application through pre-employment steps. This role focuses on interview logistics, candidate communications, and pre-hire coordination while partnering closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and the People Office. This is an on-site position at our Frontlines headquarters in Salt Lake City, UT

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION/TRAINING

Associate’s degree in business, communications, human resources, or related discipline and/or equivalent work experience.

EXPERIENCE

One to Three years in recruiting coordination, Human Resources support, or administrative operations. Working experience in Workday or related HRIS software. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Basic understanding of recruiting processes and candidate management Familiarity with compliance-sensitive hiring environments (preferred but not required) Working knowledge of employment/labor laws. Strong organizational and time management skills High attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication (written and verbal) Ability to manage high-volume scheduling and competing priorities Customer-service mindset with strong interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling tools Work in a team environment and with people under stressful situations. Routinely manage a high volume of requisitions at any time.
