We're known for keeping operations moving efficiently and we're looking for talented individuals to join our team! The Role We are seeking a Branch Manager to lead our Houston, Texas operation. This is a key leadership role responsible for managing all aspects of branch performance, including sales, rentals, service, safety, and team development. The ideal candidate has a background in the rental equipment industry, strong sales leadership experience, and a proven ability to manage day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily branch operations, including sales, rentals, dispatch, service, and safety. Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team. Build and maintain strong customer relationships and drive revenue growth. Manage branch budgets, P&L, and cost control measures. Ensure timely and accurate logistics of equipment delivery, service, and returns. Maintain company assets including fleet, inventory, and facilities. Implement strategies to grow market share in the region. Enforce all safety protocols and ensure compliance with company standards. What You\'ll Bring 5-8 years of experience in equipment rentals, pump solutions, or construction equipment industry. 3+ years of experience in branch or operations management. 2+ years of sales or account management experience. Strong leadership and team development skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. High school diploma or GED required; bachelor\'s degree preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business operations systems. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in outdoor/industrial environments.
