This full-time contract assignment lets you use your clinical expertise to help children reach their full potential in academic environments. Working Monday through Friday with standard 8-hour days, you’ll split your time between two welcoming school sites.

With the possibility of contract renewal, this is the perfect opportunity to build lasting connections while enjoying the flexibility of contract work. Compensation will be tailored to experience, starting at $40 per hour and above.

Key Experience and Qualifications:

• Current license to practice Occupational Therapy in the state of Florida
• Previous experience in school or pediatric settings strongly preferred
• Ability to design and implement effective therapy plans for diverse student needs
• Skilled in providing both direct services and consultative support to teachers and staff
• Comfortable working across elementary and middle school communities
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Primary Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to determine students’ motor, sensory, and functional needs
• Develop and deliver individualized treatment plans/interventions
• Maintain documentation and reports in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Coach teachers and families with practical strategies to support student development
• Attend IEP meetings, providing input on goals and progress
• Support classroom adaptations to promote inclusion and participation
