With a manageable caseload of 15-20 students, you’ll enjoy focusing on quality care as you split your time across multiple school locations. The assignment begins as soon as possible and extends through December 18, 2026, providing long-term stability while working just 1.5 days per week. What you’ll need to succeed:

• Valid Florida Physical Therapy license
• Experience in school-based settings preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• An ability to adapt when working with students of varying physical abilities and needs
• Commitment to creating a positive, therapeutic environment for elementary schoolers

Your responsibilities will include:

• Evaluating students and developing individualized physical therapy plans
• Delivering direct and consultative PT services, mostly to elementary-aged students
• Collaborating with special education staff, teachers, and families to support student progress
• Maintaining thorough documentation and progress reports
• Traveling between several school sites as needed within the region
