An exciting opportunity awaits a dedicated school-based Physical Therapist to support students in a dynamic educational setting near Ponte Vedra, FL. This contract position runs from ASAP through December 18, 2026, and is perfect for a PT eager to work with elementary-aged children across multiple locations. The role covers a manageable caseload of 15-20 students, allowing for focused, individualized care.

Position Details:

• Part-time, 1.5 days per week, with 8-hour days
• Caseload of 15-20 students
• Primarily elementary student population, with some variation across locations
• Contract period: ASAP – December 18, 2026
• Pay starts at $43+/hr, commensurate with experience

Qualifications:

• Active Physical Therapist license in Florida
• Experience or interest in pediatric and school-based settings
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage a flexible, multi-site schedule
• Passion for helping students achieve mobility and functional goals in an educational environment

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative PT services to students in accordance with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Assess students’ physical needs and develop relevant treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other therapists to optimize student outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes
• Travel between schools as required for caseload coverage
