Associate Attorney

Job Type: Full-Time | In-Office Applicants must have a minimum of six (6) months of hands‑on attorney experience handling personal injury cases. Applications that do not meet this requirement will not be considered. We are a New York–based plaintiff-side personal injury law firm seeking a full-time Associate Attorney to join our practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney who wants meaningful responsibility, hands‑on litigation experience, and close mentorship in a small‑firm environment. You will manage an assigned caseload and work directly with the firm’s principal attorney and paralegal on matters involving personal injury cases. The ideal candidate is practical, organized, inquisitive, and eager to develop strong litigation skills.
