Montell Construction is looking for a skilled Deck & Sunroom Builder to join our growing team in Grand Rapids, MI. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with solid experience in deck building, framing, carpentry, home building, exterior construction, screen rooms, patio enclosures, or three and four-season sunrooms .
You will be working on a range of outdoor living projects, including wood and composite decks, railings, framing, and pre-fabricated sunroom enclosure systems. Paid training is provided for our specific products and installation methods, but we are looking for someone who already has strong practical construction experience.
Key Responsibilities- Construct decks from start to finish, including framing, decking boards, stairs, and railings
- Build and install sunroom and patio enclosure systems, including glass panels and roofing components
- Work with wood and composite decking materials
- Use carpentry and framing techniques to deliver strong, accurate, high-quality work
- Follow plans, measurements, and building requirements
