Entry Level Remote Recruiter

Gpac (Growing People and Companies) specializes in placing quality professionals across various industries in the United States. We are looking for a dedicated recruiting professional to help match candidates with opportunities. Responsibilities Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and job candidates. Partner with clients to assist in filling urgent position(s). Connect clients with qualified candidates resulting in placements. Proficient use of recruiting tools and materials. Call, qualify, screen and prep candidates and clients for interviews and assist in negotiation of job offers. Conduct reference checks on candidates. Requirements Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Consistently perform high outbound activity to source clients and candidates. Comfortable establishing relationships over the phone. Act with integrity, confidentiality, and an ethical mindset. Effective negotiation skills. A degree preferred but not required. Successful completion of Gpac training and all training requirements.
