Schedule: Monday Friday, 9:00 AM 6:00 PM (Day Shift)
Pay: $23.00

What You'll Do
- Manage Collections: Build strong relationships with dealer partners via phone and email to ensure timely account payments within terms.
- Process Payments: Handle daily cash collections, deposits, and weekly customer trial balances.
- Solve Disputes: Research and resolve payment discrepancies, short payments, chargebacks, and unauthorized deductions.
- Collaborate Internally: Work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline dispute resolutions and suggest process improvements to prevent future issues.
- Optimize Workflows: Help refine policies for billing, cash applications, and account reconciliation.
What You Need to Succeed
- Experience: 4+ years of accounting or AR-related experience (or an Associate Degree in Accounting/Finance + equivalent experience).
- Tech-Savvy: Advanced proficiency in Excel, data software, ERP tools, and MS Office Suite.
- Detail-Oriented: Strong auditing skills with a track record of catching and correcting payment discrepancies.
- Problem Solver: Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Great Communicator: Outstanding phone, written, and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
