For more information, visit us at are seeking an accomplished Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive team and lead our finance and accounting functions. The CFO will play a pivotal role in driving financial strategy, overseeing accounting operations, and providing strategic guidance to senior leadership. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of financial leadership in the software industry, exceptional management skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment.Responsibilities:Develop and execute financial strategies to support business objectives and drive sustainable growth.Oversee all aspects of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure alignment with organizational goals.Manage financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.Lead the accounting department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial information.Provide strategic financial analysis and insights to senior leadership to support decision-making and drive business performance.Establish and maintain strong internal controls and financial policies to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to achieve company goals and objectives.Drive process improvements and efficiency initiatives to optimize financial performance.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting roles, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership position.Must be proficient in NetSuite and Excel.Proven track record of financial leadership in the software industry, with an understanding of SaaS business models and revenue recognition principles.Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve excellence.Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to build relationships and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and mitigating risks.High level of integrity, ethics, and professionalism, with a commitment to upholding financial best practices and regulatory compliance.Compensation:Competitive salary with major growth potential, medical benefits, 401K, flexible spending account, 15 PTO days annually, optional dental/optical coverage. Salary range is $120,000 - $150,000 depending on experience.
