5 Star HVAC Contractors is looking for a motivated, organized, and dependable team member to help support our growing HVAC company this summer, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time long-term position for the right person.

This is a multi-role position ideal for someone who enjoys staying busy, helping a team succeed, and wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities may include:

• Scheduling and dispatching technicians

• Assisting with install coordination

• Answering customer calls and texts

• Helping with accounts payable and administrative tasks

• Assisting with marketing and follow-up campaigns

• Updating customer information in ServiceTitan

• Supporting day-to-day office operations

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Ability to multitask and problem-solve

• Comfortable using computers and office software

• HVAC industry experience is a plus

• ServiceTitan experience is a plus but not required

• Spanish-speaking is a plus but not required
