Outside Sales Representative

About the Role


We are seeking a driven, relationship-focused Outside Sales Representative to grow our client base and promote staffing and workforce solutions. This position is responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and partnering with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and results.


Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $55,000 annually

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect, network, and generate new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and needs assessments to develop customized workforce solutions.
• Manage a sales territory and pipeline to achieve growth and revenue goals.
• Maintain accurate sales activity and client records within CRM systems.
• Collaborate with recruiting and internal support teams to ensure client needs are met.
• Stay informed on company services, market trends, and employment-related regulations.
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to develop business opportunities and achieve sales objectives.
• Consultative sales mindset with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and related technology platforms.

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Previous sales, business development, or staffing industry experience preferred.
• Knowledge of workforce solutions and employment regulations is a plus.
