Job Title: RRT-NICU Respiratory / Neuro Diagnostics
Location: Durham, NC
Setting: Pediatric Critical Care / NICU
Pay Range: Discuss with Recruiter
Schedule: Day 3x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:30)
Contract Length: 6 weeks
Candidate Type: Local candidates only – travel stipend not available

Requirements:

• Must have at least 2 years of experience in NICU, pediatric critical care, and pediatrics along with Emergency Department (ED)
• Qualified applicants MUST have Level IV NICU experience, experience with high-frequency jet ventilator, oscillating ventilator, and pediatric cardiac anomalies
• Valid NC RRT license (in hand preferred, takes 2-4 weeks)
• ACLS, BLS, NRP, PALS certifications required
• First-timer OK
• Be willing to obtain State licensure

Responsibilities:
As a healthcare professional in a pediatric and NICU setting, your duties will include providing advanced respiratory support for neonates, infants, and children with complex cardiac anomalies while utilizing high-frequency jet ventilation and oscillating ventilators. You will be responsible for implementing and monitoring ventilator settings, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring patient safety during critical care interventions.
