Overview
Registered Nurse – Emergency Department (Travel) in Plymouth, Massachusetts. This 8-week travel assignment starts on 07/13/2026. Weekly pay ranges from $2,363 to $2,581, with guaranteed hours of 72 biweekly. Shift: 3×12-hour Nights. Work setting is a hospital-based ER. MA RN license required at submission (temporary license acceptable). EPIC EMR experience is required.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct emergency nursing care for patients in the ED, including rapid assessment and ongoing monitoring.
- Triage patients, establish priorities, perform procedures (IV placement, medication administration, wound care), and respond to deteriorating conditions.
- Administer medications and manage patient response, including ECG monitoring and telemetry as indicated.
- Document care in the EPIC EMR, communicate with attending physicians and interdisciplinary team, and participate in patient handoffs.
- Assist with stabilization, diagnostic testing, and coordination of care plans; provide patient and family education and discharge planning as appropriate.
- Maintain accurate records, adhere to infection control practices, and participate in quality and safety initiatives within the ED.

Requirements
- Active Massachusetts RN license at time of submission; temporary license acceptable
- 2+ years of ER nursing experience
- Certifications: BLS (American Heart Association); ACLS; PALS or ENPC; TNCC preferred; MAB preferred
- EPIC EMR experience required
- Onboarding tests: pass/fail ECG/Telemetry and Medications tests during onboarding; one attempt to pass; minimum 85% score; tests administered via Zoom prior to assignment; no remediation available
- Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility; no local travelers accepted
- Education: Graduation from an approved nursing program and current MA RN licensure
