Business Analyst - ERP IFS

Primary Responsibilities Work closely with Process Owners to transform business requirements into technical requirements and offer business thought leadership to improve existing business processes. Work closely with Programmers to ensure an understanding of business requirements and practices and consult with the development team to improve usability and recommend program improvements or corrections. Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high‑level information into details, abstract low‑level information, and distinguish business requests from the underlying true needs. Provide Management with status reports and project updates as needed and communicate project expectations and status to team members and stakeholders in a clear, concise, and timely fashion. Deliver documentation as needed and/or defined by documentation standards (Functional requirements, Business Requirements Document, Use Cases, etc.). Stay informed of advances and pertinent changes in software technologies. Act as the key liaison between IT and Crown business and serve as proxy Product Owner for stakeholders. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent with at least 5 years of experience. Familiarity with IFS Cloud ERP strongly preferred. Occasional travel (15‑20%) Valid driver’s license required.
