AP Accountant

Role: AP Accountant

Pay Rate: $35/hour

Office Policy: Hybrid 4 days/week


A well-known non-profit is searching for a contract non-profit AP specialist to join the team. This individual will be responsible for complex reconciliations, vendor management, and high-volume invoicing.



Job Description

• Prepare monthly reconciliations for various bank accounts
• Provide detailed analyses and explanations of all transactions/reconciling items
• Prepare analyses for Form 990 and for the annual audit
• Prepare daily and monthly journal entries to record account activity, including foreign current transactions and translation
• Participate in the annual external audit and special projects
• Prepare balance sheet and income statement account analyses as well as monthly/quarterly/ ad hoc reports
• Assist in any other Finance related assignments
• Complete other tasks and duties as assigned
