The ideal candidate will manage project timelines, coordinate between departments, and ensure that deliverables are completed on time and within budget. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Coordinate and monitor project schedules, tasks, and milestones. Assist in resource allocation and budget tracking. Serve as the primary point of contact between team members, clients, and stakeholders. Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and updates. Identify potential risks and propose solutions to keep projects on track. Support the project manager in administrative and operational duties. Ensure quality control and adherence to company standards. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field. 2+ years of experience in project coordination or a similar role. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficient in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
