Maintenance Director

CareCore at Margaret Hall is seeking a, experienced, dedicated, and hands-on Maintenance Director to lead our maintenance team and ensure the safety, cleanliness, and functionality of our facility. Responsibilities Supervise and schedule maintenance staff to ensure timely completion of work orders and projects Oversee the overall upkeep of the building, grounds, and equipment Ensure compliance with state, federal, and local safety and health regulations Coordinate with vendors and contractors for inspections, repairs, and major projects Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, inspections, and inventory Respond promptly to emergency maintenance issues Qualifications Prior experience in maintenance within a healthcare, long-term care, or similar setting required Experience with Life Safety Code Compliance required Leadership or supervisory experience required Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical systems Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong organizational and communication skills Benefits Include Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays 401(k) retirement plan Opportunities for growth and advancement Supportive team environment #J-18808-Ljbffr CareCore Health LLC
