Speech Language Pathologist

We're hiring passionate Speech Language Pathologists for the upcoming school year-come join our team in Katy!

2 Middle School Openings: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-4:15 PM
1 Elementary Opening: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-3:15 PM

Start: 2026-2027 School Year
Eligibility: SLP or SLP-CF (SLP-As not eligible)

Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP or Clinical Fellow) to join our school-based team in Katy, Texas. This role will support students with communication needs in an elementary or middle school setting. Final campus placement will be determined during the interview process.

Key Responsibilities

Accept and process referrals for students with suspected communication disorders.
Conduct screenings and comprehensive evaluations individually or as part of multidisciplinary or transdisciplinary teams.
Determine communication disorders and document findings in evaluation reports.
Develop, review, and revise IEPs in collaboration with parents, teachers, and related service providers.
Provide appropriate intervention (individual, group, classroom-based, or community-based).
Consult with teachers, parents, and staff on communication disorders and language-literacy connections.
Assist with training, curriculum development, and literacy initiatives.
Participate in grant or district projects related to communication and literacy.

Required Qualifications

Active Texas SLP License
Pediatric experience
Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology (Bachelor's accepted only if CF year is completed)
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for CF
Experience with special education evaluations and service delivery
Reliable transportation (car preferred; public transit acceptable)

Preferred Qualifications

School-based experience
Strong collaboration and communication skills
