Details Location: Los Angeles Employment Type: Full time Location Type: On-site Department: Client Roles About the Role This is a post-sales, customer-facing role at an early-stage AI startup operating in the legal services space. You will own the full implementation journey for enterprise clients, turning signed contracts into live, production-grade voice AI deployments. The work sits at the intersection of deep customer partnership and hands-on technical configuration, making it central to the company's ability to deliver value and grow. What You'll Do Lead post-sales customer engagements end-to-end, from kickoff through live production deployment. Meet with clients to understand their existing workflows, standard operating procedures, and customer experience goals. Map current-state processes to AI-driven future-state designs, working closely with applied AI engineers. Translate complex business logic and client requirements into clear implementation documentation and technical specifications. Manage enterprise and mid-market client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact throughout the implementation lifecycle. What We're Looking For 4 to 8 years of customer-facing experience in solutions consulting, implementation, or a related post-sales technical role. At least 3 years owning end-to-end enterprise implementations in a solutions engineering or solutions consultant capacity. Hands-on experience building or configuring real-time, multi-turn voice AI agents. Strong technical fluency with APIs, webhooks, CRMs, data structures, and system integrations. Comfort using modern AI development tools such as code-assist or AI-powered IDE environments. Experience at a consulting, enterprise software, or technology services firm is a strong signal. Background in contact center software, conversational AI, or call center platforms is a plus. Exposure to legal, insurance, or financial services intake operations is an asset. Based in Canada, with Toronto strongly preferred; fully remote candidates in other locations will also be considered. No visa sponsorship available. Compensation & Benefits Base salary range: $150,000 to $200,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role. Location This role is fully remote.
