Senior Sales Executive (Tissue Exp)

We are currently seeking an exceptional Senior Sales Executive / Business Development with extensive experience in the tissue industry. This is not an entry-level or general sales position—we are looking for a proven sales leader with an established book of business and strong industry relationships. Candidate Profile Minimum of 7–10 years of successful sales experience in the tissue industry (toilet paper, paper towels, napkins, and related products). Existing portfolio of active customers and strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, janitorial supply companies, foodservice distributors, retail chains, supermarkets, hospitality suppliers, healthcare distributors, and other B2B accounts. Proven ability to generate new business and open high-volume accounts. Demonstrated history of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong network of decision-makers within the tissue and paper products industry. Experience selling private label and converting/manufacturing solutions is highly preferred. Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and closing skills. Ability to identify new market opportunities and execute strategic sales plans. Experience managing key accounts and long-term customer relationships. Proficiency with CRM systems and sales reporting tools. Willingness to travel as needed. Self‑motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently. Key Responsibilities Develop new business opportunities and expand Rolling Tissue's customer base. Manage and grow strategic customer accounts. Establish long‑term partnerships with distributors and national/regional chains. Negotiate pricing, supply agreements, and commercial contracts. Collaborate with Operations and Production to ensure exceptional customer service and successful order execution. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
