About Discovr AI

Discovr AI is building an AI-native alternative to traditional influencer marketing agencies, using AI agents to automate creator discovery, outreach, campaign execution, and measurement.

As we expand in the US, we're looking for an experienced D2C creator marketing operator to shape client strategy and guide our India-based execution team. Experience with AI, consumer technology, or edtech brands is an additional advantage.

The role

You will turn client business goals into effective creator programs, lead key client conversations, and guide campaign delivery.

This is a hands-on role covering strategy, creator selection, briefing, content feedback, performance analysis, and execution oversight.

What you'll do

Develop D2C creator strategies: Recommend platforms, creator profiles, campaign formats, budgets, and success metrics.

Lead client relationships: Run onboarding, planning sessions, and performance reviews, translating results into clear recommendations.

Guide execution: Work with our India team on creator sourcing, outreach, negotiations, briefs, approvals, and launch plans.

Design integrated programs: Build the appropriate mix of paid creator partnerships, gifting/seeding, affiliates, UGC, and partnership ads.

Improve creative performance: Guide product storytelling, hooks, demonstrations, and content testing alongside creators and performance marketing teams.

Own measurement recommendations: Evaluate creator and content performance against awareness, customer acquisition, ecommerce sales, and program economics.

Support new business: Join selected prospect calls and help develop strategies, scopes, budgets, and proposals.

Build repeatable processes: Establish practical playbooks and quality standards for consistent delivery.

Required experience

Approximately 3–5+ years of relevant experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or creator-led growth

Direct experience owning creator programs for US D2C/ecommerce brands is essential, either at an agency or in-house.

Hands-on experience with paid creator partnerships, gifting/seeding, and affiliate programs.

Experience developing creator content for paid social and collaborating with media buyers on Meta partnership ads and creative testing.

Understanding of ecommerce metrics, including CAC, conversion rate, ROAS, and contribution margin.

Strong client-facing skills, with experience independently leading strategy and performance conversations.

Experience guiding execution teams, ideally across locations and time zones.

Working knowledge of creator pricing, negotiations, usage rights, approvals, and measurement.

Additional advantages

Experience with beauty, personal care, wellness, food and beverage, or lifestyle brands.

Familiarity with Shopify and creator/affiliate management platforms.

Experience with TikTok Shop or social commerce.

Experience running creator programs for AI, consumer software, or edtech companies.

Working arrangement

Approximately 12–15 hours per week, with agreed availability for US client calls and regular overlap with our India team. xhyhwjd Scope and compensation will be agreed based on experience and availability.
