Account SpecialistWe are seeking a dedicated Account Specialist to join our team. As an Account Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining customer relationships and ensuring the smooth operation of our agency. This position primarily involves outbound communication via calls, emails, and texts to our existing customer base. You will handle back-end tasks such as managing past due accounts, assisting with insurance underwriting, and addressing customer inquiries that have been escalated to the corporate office.
