Seeking a Customer Retention Specialist to support ongoing customer relationships and contribute to office growth. This position focuses on outreach, policy changes, recommendations, referrals, and relationship growth & maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with existing customers regarding renewals and coverage options.
• Review accounts and assist with updates, changes or recommendations as needed.
• Identify opportunities to enhance customer relationships.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of interactions.
• Collaborate with team members to meet retention and outreach objectives and expectations.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and listening skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on customer experience.
• Previous experience in insurance setting is preferred.  Customer service or account management in another field expected.
• Must be able to obtain applicable state insurance licenses.
