Qualifications:

• Valid state licensure or eligibility as a School Psychologist
• Master’s or higher degree in School Psychology or related field
• Proficiency in English and Spanish; able to conduct assessments and communicate with students and families in both languages
• Knowledge of current best practices for assessment, intervention, and consultation in a school environment
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience as a School Psychologist in K-12 settings preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological and educational evaluations
• Interpret assessment results and provide recommendations to educational teams
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, administrators, and families to develop and support individualized education programs
• Deliver counseling services, behavioral interventions, and crisis response as needed
• Support students’ social, emotional, and academic development
• Maintain accurate, timely records and complete necessary documentation
• Advocate for culturally responsive interventions, fostering inclusive learning environments
