Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Full-Time Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team at our State Farm agency. Key Responsibilities Assist customers with inquiries related to payments, policy changes, and general insurance questions. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and ensuring a positive experience. Update customer information and policy details in our management system. Educate customers about their insurance options and coverage to help them make informed decisions. Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while handling customer interactions, both in-person and over the phone. Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth workflow and effective service delivery.
