Key Responsibilities Assist customers with inquiries related to payments, policy changes, and general insurance questions. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and ensuring a positive experience. Update customer information and policy details in our management system. Educate customers about their insurance options and coverage to help them make informed decisions. Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while handling customer interactions, both in‑person and over the phone. Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth workflow and effective service delivery. Qualifications Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs. Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills. People‑oriented and detail‑oriented. Proactive in problem solving. Able to learn computer functions. Ability to work in a team environment. Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain). Life and Health license (must be able to obtain).
