We are currently seeking a friendly and organized Full-Time Receptionist to join our team. Job Description As a Full-Time Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. Your primary responsibilities will include answering phones, assisting customers with inquiries, and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and has excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally. Greet clients and visitors in a friendly and welcoming manner. Assist customers with inquiries regarding insurance products and services. Schedule appointments and manage the calendar for agents. Perform light administrative tasks as needed, such as filing and data entry. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages. Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service and office efficiency. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable with basic office equipment. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Friendly, professional demeanor and a strong commitment to customer service.
