• Operate metal stamping press machines to produce high-quality metal components.
• Set up and monitor stamping presses to ensure efficient production.
• Remove finished parts and perform visual quality inspections.
• Package products according to production requirements and specifications.
• Maintain production goals while meeting quality and safety standards.
• Inspect parts throughout the manufacturing process to ensure customer specifications are met.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Support other production and shop operations as needed.
• Follow established work instructions and safety procedures.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to follow instructions and work safely around manufacturing equipment.
• Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
• Positive attitude and team-player mentality.

• Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or machine operation experience.
• Experience operating stamping presses or similar equipment.
• Familiarity with quality inspections and production processes.
• Experience using measuring tools such as calipers or micrometers is a plus.
• Ability to assist in multiple areas of the shop as needed.

1st Shift: Monday through Friday

7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Voluntary Overtime Available

This position is based in a manufacturing and machine shop environment specializing in metal stamping and precision-machined products. The work can be physically active and may involve exposure to warm temperatures, noise, and industrial equipment. Team members take pride in maintaining a safe, productive, and supportive workplace focused on quality craftsmanship.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mount Joy, PA.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
