This role complements your personal real estate sales, requiring an active NH real estate license and a proven track record of success.

About the Job

Realty ONE Group Next Level is a dynamic and expanding firm, consistently welcoming new agents. Our comprehensive weekly REV UP! training program equips new agents with the essential skills for their first transactions. As a mentor, you will guide your mentee through their initial seven deals, providing insights, solutions, and advice. Your mentee will shadow you and other seasoned agents to gain practical experience. In recognition of your dedication, you will receive generous compensation. Mentors are encouraged to support multiple mentees, creating multiple passive income streams alongside your personal sales. The ideal mentor is patient, generous with their knowledge, and passionate about fostering others' success.

As a Mentor , your responsibilities include:

1. Providing hands-on learning opportunities by allowing your mentee to shadow you
2. Conducting transaction checkpoint reviews
3. Holding regular progress meetings with your mentee
4. Participating in regular mentor meetings with management
5. Being available to answer questions as they arise
