Duly Health and Care Geriatrics is seeking a APP(Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) who is committed to empowering health and elevating care for our patients while also pursuing innovative solutions with their care team that move healthcare forward.

Compensation & Benefits

​The anticipated base compensation range for this position is 100k-140k depending upon the applicant’s qualifications and experience. In addition to the base compensation, this position may also be eligible for a sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an approved school for Physician Assistant Or Nurse Practitioner-Masters Degree
• Licensed or ability to obtain licensure in the state of Illinois
• Previous experience in Geriatrics, SNF Rounding, or similar setting preferred
