A Day in the Life

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered audiologic care
• Perform comprehensive diagnostic evaluations
• Dispense and fit hearing aids based on individual needs
• Build strong patient relationships through counseling and follow-up
• Participate in community outreach—helping educate the community and grow the practice

Compensation & Benefits

• $100,000–$125,000 base + commission
• Sign-on bonus
• Full benefits (medical, dental, vision)
• Long-term growth opportunity

What We’re Looking For

• Au.D. (or equivalent)
• California license (or ability to obtain)
• Strong communicator with a patient-first mindset
• Someone motivated to grow professionally and engage with the community
