As an HR Generalist, you ll be a key player in daily HR operations, partnering across teams to support hiring, onboarding, training, payroll, compliance, and employee engagement. Responsibilities Support full-cycle recruiting, proactively sourcing candidates and screening applicants. Drive an engaging onboarding process including I-9s, background checks, and compliance documentation. Assist in processing payroll and maintaining HRIS (ADP/Seila) for 130+ employees. Coordinate employee training programs and track development spend vs. budget. Maintain records and reports in compliance with federal and state regulations. Support employee relations, internal events, communications, and wellness initiatives. Monitor and support site-wide safety and EHS culture. Ensure accurate reporting and data analysis for HR KPIs and compliance. Continuously seek process improvements in HR procedures and documentation. Requirements Bachelor s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred At least 1 year of HR Generalist experience (preferably in aerospace, manufacturing, logistics, or warehouse environments) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Strong interpersonal and organizational skills; must be detail-oriented and deadline-driven Ability to manage confidential information and work independently Professional HR certifications (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) a plus Must be a U.S. Person under ITAR regulations This position requires use of information or access to hardware, which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
