Tech Stack: recruiting technology, CRM tools What You’ll Actually Do Recruit: Identify and connect with talented professionals through networking, referrals, and recruiting platforms. Assess: Conduct conversations with candidates to understand their experience, career goals, and potential fit. Network: Build lasting relationships with professionals across specialized industries. Support: Present qualified candidates and guide clients throughout the hiring process. Manage: Utilize recruiting technology and CRM tools to organize candidate pipelines and activity. The Must-Haves Background: Entry-Level professional with an interest in recruiting, sales, business development, or consulting. Experience: No prior recruiting experience is required. Skills: Strong communication and relationship-building skills; a self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset; confidence speaking with professionals at different career levels; strong organizational skills and attention to detail; curiosity, resilience, and a willingness to learn.
