Project Manager, Commercial and K12 Construction 6939650 Location: McKinney,TX, US Date Posted: 10-03-2026 Job Description Experience: Entry Level Salary: $110,000 - $150,000 per year Job Details Manage the daily oversight of all your assigned projects from preconstruction through closeout Take an active role in preconstruction on new projects Track job progress, subcontractor performance, and project costs Review RFIs and submittals prepared by your APM Handle bids, issue contracts, and negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers Prepare monthly billings and financial reports Run weekly OAC meetings and manage owner and architect expectations Requirements Bachelor's in Construction Science or equivalent experience Proven experience as a Project Manager with a commercial general contractor K12, educational, or public sector project experience strongly preferred Solid understanding of owner and subcontractor contracts Experience with buyout, billing, and cost reporting Based in or willing to commute to the McKinney / Lewisville area A bit about us: We're a well-established general contractor that has been building across North Texas and Houston for over 45 years.
