As a RPM, you will manage the renovation, as well as control and communicate the budget effectively. Our current RPM's yearly pay ranges from $60,000 to $100,000 depending on production. No limit to earning potential.Team Qualifications (Requirements):1-2 years of construction experience and project managementCareer emphasis on learning and continuing educationSolid project planning and management skillsExcellent communication and presentation skillsBachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant experienceRole on the Team (Job Functions):Meet operational objectives of: Sales, Gross Margin, Brand ExperienceTrack metrics during bi-weekly GS&RConfirm budget and work orders before start of project.Ensure compliance with standards and regulations.Participate in local community events.Build relationships with key customers – direct and B2B.Seek partnerships to improve performance with vendors and tradesman.Skills Desired of Team Member:Self-motivated to get resultsLoves working with clients and tradesmanEffectively schedules ahead while maintaining flexibilityThrives under high performance environmentsExcellent interpersonal skillsIs succinct and professional with written communicationLoves to work hardEnjoys taking care of othersAre you Paul Davis?
