Physical Therapist Assistant - LTAC, Wolf Point, Montana. Start date: 09/07/2026. Duration: 13- or 26-week travel assignment. Weekly pay: $1,543-$1,612 per week. Guaranteed hours: 40 per week. Responsibilities
- Provide Physical Therapist Assistant services under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist within a LTAC rehabilitation program
- Assess patients, implement treatment plans, and document progress to improve movement and function
- Employ evidence-based therapies and modalities appropriate for LTAC populations
- Communicate patient status and goals with the rehabilitation team; ensure patient safety and caregiver education
- Complete required documentation in the electronic health record; assist with patient transfers and basic equipment handling
- Adapt interventions to a rural LTAC setting and travel between facilities as assigned

Requirements
- Active Montana PTA license
- Graduation from an accredited physical therapist assistant program
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Ability to perform all physical requirements to treat patients (lifting, pushing, pulling, etc.)
- Experience using computer applications in a healthcare setting
- Ability to work in a LTAC/rehabilitative setting and travel between facilities if required

Education
- Graduation from an accredited physical therapist assistant program
- Licensure: Active Montana PTA license
