Physical Therapy Assistant, LTAC, Wolf Point, MT. Start date 10/12/2026 for a travel assignment lasting 13 or 26 weeks. This full-time travel position provides rehabilitation services in a rural, hospital-type setting and may involve travel between facilities as part of the assignment.

Responsibilities
- Provide Physical Therapist Assistant services under PT supervision to patients with movement limitations due to injury or illness
- Implement and document treatment plans developed by the PT, including therapeutic exercises, neuromuscular re-education, and gait training
- Assess patient response to interventions, monitor progress, and communicate changes to the rehabilitation team
- Assist with patient positioning, transfers, and safe handling; operate and maintain therapy equipment
- Maintain accurate records in the electronic health record, ensure compliance with licensing and facility policies
- Collaborate with therapists, nurses, and case managers to support discharge planning and patient outcomes

Requirements
- Active Montana PTA license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Graduation from an accredited physical therapist assistant program
- Experience using computer applications in a healthcare setting
- Ability to perform all required physical tasks, including lifting, pushing, and pulling
- Eligible to work in a rural LTAC rehab setting and travel between facilities as needed

- Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
