THE OPPORTUNITY

This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a brand-new production facility and build it from the ground up. The site is fully fitted and launches in September; from there, everything is yours to shape: production, dispatch, inventory, carrier performance and the team itself. You will have full autonomy over how the site runs and full accountability for its results. We're a lean, fast-growing business, and this is a genuinely hands-on leadership role. One day might include interviewing a framer, tuning a printer, jumping on the forklift and refining the dispatch flow; the next, planning the peak-season ramp. It suits someone who enjoys wearing many hats, moves quickly when priorities shift, and gets energy from building something rather than maintaining it.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead all site operations: framing production, print room, packing and dispatch Recruit, train and manage the site team, growing from launch crew to 30+ during peak season Own daily throughput, quality standards and carrier performance Manage inventory and stock control across framed and unframed product lines Oversee suppliers, waste management, safety and site compliance

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

3+ years leading teams in production, fulfilment or warehouse operations (print, print-on-demand, photo products, framing or e-commerce fulfilment strongly preferred) Demonstrated experience hiring and leading teams, ideally through seasonal peaks A hands-on operator who leads from the floor and enjoys variety, small-team or startup site experience is a genuine advantage Comfortable building processes from scratch in a fast-changing environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Inka Arthouse
