Inside Sales Representative
Job Summary:
As an Inside Sales Representative at All American Home Care, you will play a crucial role in connecting our clients with the high-quality home care services they deserve. Our team is dedicated to providing compassionate and personalized care to our clients, and we are seeking a highly motivated and skilled professional to join our team.
About the Role:
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business leads, cultivating existing relationships, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients and their families. You will work closely with our care team to ensure that each client receives the best possible care, and you will be expected to maintain a strong understanding of our services and benefits. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will be essential in building trust and rapport with clients, caregivers, and other stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Generate new business leads through cold calls, email campaigns, and other marketing initiatives
Cultivate existing relationships with clients, caregivers, and healthcare providers to increase referrals and revenue
Provide exceptional customer service to clients and their families, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
Collaborate with care team members to ensure that clients receive the best possible care, including matching clients with qualified caregivers and coordinating care plans
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, referrals, and sales activities
Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals
Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current on industry trends and best practices
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information
