As an Inside Sales Representative, your primary responsibility is generating new business through proactive outreach and relationship building. This is a high-activity role where you will: make 80+ calls daily, connect with prospective fans and businesses, set and run appointments (phone, virtual, in-person), sell ticket packages and group experiences, manage your pipeline and daily activity, and represent the Philadelphia Union at games and events. This is where careers in sports sales begin. We're not looking for robots. We're looking for people who want to grow.

This role is for you if you are competitive, but team-first, bring energy, personality, and authenticity, are willing to take risks and learn from mistakes, can handle rejection and move forward quickly, take pride in preparation and effort, and want to be coached, challenged, and developed.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required, strong communication and organizational skills, willingness to work nights, weekends, and events, interest in building a career in sports sales. Previous sales experience is not required.
